What to do when you’re starting back at the gym, its more important to exercise more than ever, after the lockdown, but let’s take it easy and by doing a little but often is always the best way.
That’s why I will be looking at setting up smaller sessions so we can still socially isolate during workouts, like cardio at least 2 mts apart, Bag work where if need be bags can be wiped down.
I will still be looking at Pts and 1-2-1s and still socially isolate, along with Zoom sessions and workout sheets.
Anyone needs any help either from setting different day/time sessions so its more intense and helps you get fitter and slimmer sooner.
