Returning to Train?
When we are given the go-ahead to return, I am starting with Cardio & Boot camp-style workouts with a flavour of your own big bag & tyre blasts, I am doing sessions online as well, contact me directly for info on this.
I am also doing Muay Boran technics for the Khan grading system or more advanced.
we will endeavour to make sure we don’t have too many students at any one time with regulated timed sessions along with all healthy hygiene matters in place.
The gym will have a new look initially keeping and giving the 2-meter social distancing rule in place, payments can be done by card or transfer.
I hope to see everyone coming back and doing there bit by supporting the gym when possible.
