Muay Boran can be used at all levels, and is now being enjoyed all around the world with all ages now starting to expand thier knowledge, with so many different moves it could take a number of years to perfect, it can also be used at Competition level with take down-throws & drops, hits or attacks can take place when the opponent is in the air and on his/her way down, but NO ground and pound is allowed, here are some moves that can be used and are legal.
